The right lower quadrant (RLQ) is a part of your abdomen. The section from the bottom of your ribs down to your pubic hair is divided into four quarters. The section on your right side under your belly button is your RLQ.

Causes of right lower quadrant pain
Right lower quadrant pain is caused by many reasons, some are very common and cure themselves with time. While some are severe and needs medical attention.
